A friend to all and outstanding real estate agents, Marge and Ken have been sharing their enthusiasm for life and providing service that is less than ordinary to their clients for the past 15 years. The real estate industry allows them to make great friends, while helping them discover Hilton Head and lend informative advice on current or future residential or commercial real estate needs. Learning the desire and purpose of each individual is the first point of business.

Moving from Canton, Ohio, the McDougal's have resided on Hilton Head Island since 1991. As avid and competitive golfers, they enjoy the blended feeling of community and resort that Palmetto Hall Plantation offers as their home choice. That is when they're not traveling and visiting many of their international friends that were first customers.

Their shared philosophy is WIN, WIN - seeking solutions that benefit all parties which has proven to be successful as Marge is a Life Member of the Distinguished Sales Award. They also have participated in several civic organizations, Zonta, Rotary, Jaycees and enjoy giving back to ensure a thriving community.

Mary Anne Sharp

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Mary Anne and her husband, Bob, moved to Hilton Head Island in 1999.

Mary Anne has been active in real estate for over 25 years and has held her Brokers license for over 18 years. While in Columbia, she was involved in sales for several years before becoming Assistant Manager and Manager of several real estate companies. She chaired several committees as an active member of the Board of Realtors and was involved in training new agents. Additionally she was involved in the Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of Leadership Columbia in 1996.She began working with the McDougals in 2007 after being involved in different areas of real estate on Hilton Head. Real estate is in her blood and will always be a passion.

When not working in real estate, she can be found working out, shopping (another passion), spending time with her family and playing with her dogs, Gracie a Golden Retriever and Bailey a Lab Mix (her "daughters"). It all makes for a full, rewarding day.
