| Keowee,
rated as one of the cleanest lakes in South Carolina and in the Eastern
United States, is so pure, it provides the drinking water for the
area.
The lake's 18,500
acres of clear Blue Ridge Mountain fed water and 300-mile shoreline
make The Reserve at Lake Keowee an ideal place for boating, fishing,
water-skiing, swimming, camping and picnicking. And an organic system
of bike paths and foot trails provide endless opportunities for
hiking and biking to numerous parks, green spaces and club areas.
Of course, as
if spectacular views, tree-lined shores, sparkling blue waters and
ideal climate weren't enough, The Reserve at Lake Keowee also features
a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. First tee-off is scheduled
for Summer of 2002.
Most homesites
average over one acre in size. All will have access to boating facilities,
and all property owners will be members of The Club at the Reserve.
