Upon the ferry's arrival at Daufuskie Island, luggage will be collected by the bellmen and delivered directly to your accommodation. Depending on the amount of luggage this may take up to one hour. All golf clubs will be taken directly to the Melrose Golf Course. We recommend that you hand carry your golf shoes if you will be playing golf upon arrival on Daufuskie. For your convenience, golf bags are stored at the Melrose Clubhouse during your visit. Before your scheduled tee time, your bag will be placed on your golf cart. Please inform the golf attendant after your final round to allow ample time to prepare your clubs for departure.

Beach Club: The Beach Club area features 2 heated adult pools, a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Located next to the Beach Club is the fitness center which houses separate men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, and a variety of weight and cardiovascular machines. The Activities Pavilion at the Beach Club houses games such as ping-pong, billiards, air hockey and video games. Also available are a basketball court and sand volleyball court. These amenities are free of charge.

Dining: Daufuskie Island Club and Resort offers a variety of seasonal dining venues. For reservations and additional information on your dining options please call 843-341-4807. Jackets are not required in any of the restaurants. We request no shorts, tennis shoes or jeans in the Stoddard Room during dinner. Evening dining reservations are required.

Equestrian Center: Call 843-341-4894 to coordinate horseback riding.

Golf: Call 888-909-4653 to reserve your tee times.

Grilling: Charcoal grills are available for rent at The General Store (843-341-4865). The local ordinance prohibits grilling on or under decks or porches, or within ten feet of any island structure.
